Using Vylvet
These terms apply to everyone who uses Vylvet, whether you run a store or buy from one. By using the service you agree to them.
Merchant accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, your prices, your fulfilment and for complying with the laws that apply to what you sell. You keep ownership of your product list, your customer records and your domain.
Orders and payments
Orders are a contract between the shopper and the merchant. Vylvet processes payment and takes a commission on orders placed through the platform. Card processing is handled by Stripe under their terms.
Custom domains
You must own or control any domain you connect. Your Vylvet address continues to work regardless, and remains the fallback if a custom domain is misconfigured.
Acceptable use
No unlawful goods, no infringement of anyone else's rights, and no attempt to disrupt the service or access accounts that are not yours.
Ending your account
You can close your store at any time and export your data. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
