What we collect
When you create an account, place an order or contact us we collect the information you give us: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details. When you browse the site we collect standard technical information such as device type and pages visited.
How we use it
To operate your account and storefront, process and deliver orders, provide support, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics only load after you consent through the banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded at all. Merchants may install their own analytics on their storefront; those are governed by that merchant's own policy.
Merchants and shoppers
When you buy from a shop on Vylvet, that merchant receives the information they need to fulfil your order. Merchants are independent businesses responsible for their own use of that data.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to info@vylvet.co.
