If you decide not to upgrade
Your storefront and your own domain switch off at the end of the 30 days and your account drops to Free. You are not deleted: your shop stays listed in the Vylvet app, your products stay in your account, and everything comes straight back on if you subscribe later. Nothing is lost and nothing is charged without you choosing to.
Free listings stay current
On Free, sign in once every 30 days - edit a product, check an order, anything. A shop nobody has touched in a year is a worse result for a shopper than one fewer listing.
The price you set is what you keep
Vylvet’s margin is added on top of your price, and that figure is what shoppers see and pay. Set a product at $18 and it lists at $19.80; you are paid the $18. There is no separate fee at checkout, and nothing is deducted from your side of the sale.
Card rates are Stripe’s
Processing is billed by Stripe at their published rate. Vylvet takes no cut of your card processing on any plan.

What merchants ask about the bill
Is Free actually free?
Yes, and there is no card and no time limit. Your shop is listed in the Vylvet app and directory, you can list products and take orders. What Free does not include is a storefront of your own, your own domain, carrier shipping or same-day delivery. Sign in once every 30 days so the listing stays current.
What happens after the free trial?
Your storefront and your own domain switch off at the end of the 30 days and your account drops to Free. You are not deleted: your shop stays listed in the Vylvet app, your products stay in your account, and everything comes straight back on if you subscribe later. Nothing is lost and nothing is charged without you choosing to. We email you before the trial ends and again on the last day, so it never runs out without warning.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Monthly cancels any time. If you pay for a year and change your mind in the first 30 days, we refund it.
What do card payments cost?
Card processing goes through Stripe at their published rate and is paid directly to Stripe, not to us. Vylvet does not take a cut of your card processing.
Do I pay more as I sell more?
Your subscription does not change: Pro is a flat $25 a month whether you take five orders or five hundred, with no usage charges. Vylvet's margin is added on top of the price you set rather than deducted from it - list a product at $18 and it sells at $19.80, and you are paid the $18. Nothing comes off your side of a sale.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?
Yes. Switch whenever you like and we credit what you have already paid for the current month against the year, so you are never charged twice for the same days.
What if I already sell through Clover, Square or Shopify?
Your existing till and checkout carry on exactly as before. Live Clover and Square sync is on the Elite plan, which keeps your product list in step so you are not maintaining two of them. Shopify stores can add Vylvet delivery without moving.
