What does it cost?
$25 a month or $200 a year, and the first 30 days are free. No setup fee, no contract. Card fees are Stripe’s standard rate. The pricing page has the details.
Do I need a developer?
Nope. You set up everything from your dashboard: the store, products, domain and payments. If you can run your shop’s Instagram, you can run this.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. You start on yourshop.vylvet.co and can connect your own domain anytime. We set up the security certificate and tell you exactly what to add. Your Vylvet address keeps working too.
What if I already sell through Clover, Square or Shopify?
Connect it and your products sync over, so there is no second catalog to keep up. Your register works exactly like before.
Do you deliver?
Depends on the shop. Each one offers pickup, shipping, same-day delivery, or a mix. Every shop page shows what it offers.
Who owns my customers and data?
You do. Orders, customers and products are yours to export anytime. You can add your own analytics too, like GA4, Meta Pixel or PostHog.
